Collect a few copper shipments from vendors like Arturo in Diamond City and Kleo from Goodneighbor. You can use a vendor glitch to get these items for free by clicking A then X, on xbox, or Square then X, on ps4, almost simultaneously. Doing so will cause the game to move the item in to your inventory and cause the confirmation page to come up, which means you did it correctly.
From there you must duplicate the copper by using a Dogmeat Exploit which can be found in my previous video. Afterwards, use this copper to continually build statues and earn XP. To get statues for your settlement you must first collect the Picket Fence Magazine which can be found at Saugus Ironworks. Check my old XP video for its exact location.
Build the statues until the settlement is at full capacity and continually scrap and build one statue to earn unlimited amounts of XP.
